EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds or Exchange: As long its in the original packaging & haven't been opened for hygiene reasons you will be able to get a refund or exchange within 14 days of the date items have been received. Anything over 14 days will depend on the situation depends on the solution outcome. We are not responsible for any damage or theft after your parcel has left the post office. If you have any concerns regarding damage to a product, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solutionClear Pay / PayPal / Klarna payments will refunded as long as the item hasn't been opened for hygiene reasons, opened or used products unfortunately will not be refunded or exchanged. ​Our cancellation policy is 24hours notice period to cancel, under this time the deposit for your booking will be kept.
